Understanding Generations: In this course, you will learn about foundational aspects of generational research, how generations are shaped and influenced by societal events and trends, and the birth years, defining events, and key characteristics of each modern generation.

Communicating with Generation Z: In this course, you will learn how Generation Z prefers to communicate as well as the platforms and methods they use.
Creating Interpersonal Connections with Generation Z: In this course, you will learn what those in Generation Z look for in interpersonal connections, how they build and foster relationships, and strategies to effectively develop and maintain relationships with them.
Engaging Generation Z in Groups & Teams: In this course, you will learn about the context and research shaping Generation Z group behaviors and strategies to effectively engage Gen Z in team and group settings.
Developing the Leadership Capacities of Generation Z: In this course, you will learn about the contextual influences affecting Generation Z’s aspirations, research on Generation Z’s aspirations, and how to help Generation Z in formulating and reaching their aspirations.
