Dr. Seemiller brings more than 20 years of expertise and experience in facilitating poignant and transformative training sessions. Her three areas of specialty are on social justice, strengths-based leadership, and personality types. Her trainings are designed for students and professionals and can be offered as standalone events or integrated into larger programs.
Developed by Dr. Corey Seemiller, Dr. Judy Kiyama, Dr. Michelle Espino, and Dr. Lydia Bell, P2O is an interactive simulation that exposes participants to an innovative approach designed specifically to address issues of power, privilege, and oppression. Through P2O, participants have the opportunity to experience a simulation that reveals how systemic levels of privilege impact personal experiences and social identities. The activity is interactive, engaging, eye-opening, and impactful.
As a GALLUP® Strengths-Based Educator, Dr. Seemiller has been facilitating sessions for educators, professionals, and students on uncovering and leveraging their personal strengths for nearly a decade. She offers two different sessions on strengths; one designed to help participants learn more about their results from the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and strategies to leverage their strengths and another on how to best utilize team strengths in leadership situations.
As a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Practitioner, Dr. Seemiller provides informative and interactive sessions to help participants better understand their results from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She offers an introductory session focused on the interpretation of one’s type based on their MBTI results as well as a session on exploring the mental functions of one’s type.
